OLD HICKORY TO HAVE NEW CHURCH

     Beginning Sunday, August 3rd, 2008, the Catholic Mass will once again be celebrated in Old Hickory. Dearly Beloved's (the wedding chapel) will offer its building for the service which will be at 1:30 p.m. each Sunday. The Celebrant will be Bishop Jack Stafford of The Diocese of the Holy Spirit. The celebration of the Mass will be ecumenical; all are welcome and all baptized Christians are invited to receive Holy Communion.
     Dearly Beloved's wishes to make the Mass available for all. As a parish of the Ecumenical Catholic movement, Dearly Beloved's extends a warm welcome to anyone who wishes to receive the Sacraments of the Church from a valid priesthood in Apostolic Succession. All the Sacraments are available for anyone approaching them in faith.
     For those who have been marginalized for whatever reasons or those who haven't been to Mass for some time, this is the place for you. For those who are not Catholic but want a place to participate in a beautiful, meaningful worship service Dearly Beloved's says "there is room at the Table".
